Refurbishment of a unique 2 storey apartment with landscaped terraces and courtyard pool area – the lower living room floor particularly was completely redesigned for improved spatial flow maximising the views of the harbour. Using high quality materials with simple detailing, the warmth of the colours and finishes provides for a comfortable environment which includes a collection of significant sculptures and the centrepiece of an international rug designer’s first exhibition in Australia. The simplicity of design extends to the refurbished landscaped pool area visually accessible both day and night.
